Booking conditions

Minimum stay is 5 nights (3 nights available on request). 7 nights in July and August.

If the Guest decides to cancel the reservation, a refund will be made as follows:

- 100% if cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in date.

- 50% if cancelled between 1 and 6 days prior to the check-in date.

- If, during the stay, the case of not being able to move between communities due to a government order related to the coronavirus should arise, a refund of the period not enjoyed may be claimed.

50% at the time of booking, 50% one month before check in.

For reservations with check in date within 30 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Prior to check in, a deposit is due to cover any possible damages that may be caused to the property, as well as to cover the lack of any of the elements or part of the furniture that were not in perfect condition at the time of check out. If everything is in perfect condition at the end of the stay, the aforementioned deposit will be returned within 5 days from the end of the contract.

The rental period starts at 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Arrivals after 8 pm are subject to approval, and payment of 25 euros in cash.

A cleaning fee applies per stay.

Our cleaning rules are as follows:

- Guest shall be responsible for disposing of all garbage, including bathroom buckets, before leaving the apartment.

- Guest must run the dishwasher and not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

- The kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker) will be delivered clean.

- Likewise, the barbecue (if applicable) and/or electric grill will be delivered clean.

- Bed linen and bath towels are provided for each guest. If additional bed linen and towels are used, they must be washed and dried by the guest before departure.

In case these rules are not respected at the time of departure, the corresponding additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit.

One set of sheets and towels is provided per person. Guests have to bring their own beach/pool towels.

The number of guests may not exceed that indicated for each property.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the properties.

Groups of friends under 30 years old, parties and events are not allowed.
